Not for beginners, this is a challenging workout that requires physical and mental commitment (but also rewards you with tons of fat-burning fun). It's an eight-count whirlwind of non-stop motion — jumps, kicks, lunges, turns, shuffles and mambos. You're on the step, off the step, around the step and over the step. Fortunately, Amy's excellent cueing and well-designed patterns make it all doable (as soon as one foot touches down, the other foot is precisely positioned for the next movement). Are you ready for the fifth challenge? Advanced Step Challenge 5 offers five fun, complex, step combinations that will draw in your mind and demand of your body. This workout includes an extensive preview section where you will walk through most of the choreography. It is strongly suggested that you watch and step through this section before you begin this workout so you have a better understanding of some of the more complicated moves. The workout concludes with a wonderful stretch that will help you recover and feel revived.

ASC 5 includes 4 premixes allowing you to mix up or shorten the workout.
