An effective mix of proven classics and creative variations (plus some great stretch sequences ... just when you need them). The first segment features fast-paced, multi-muscle combinations — working your upper and lower body at the same time. These time-efficient moves include squat presses, side lunges with rows and "pulsing backward lunges." The next section targets your thighs with ballet-style chair exercises, standing loop-band routines and side-lying leg lifts. The final segment is all abwork. The moves range from bicycles and pulsing crunches to "Russian twists" and "weighted leg scissors" (with lots of rep and tempo variations).
