Created by Ilaria Montagnani, Bodystrikes is an intense, total-body cardio workout designed to help you get strong, lean legs. Your own body weight provides all of the power and resistance required! Based on martial arts, ballet and high intensity lower body exercises, the routines are designed to burn hundreds of calories, and create strong, shapely legs and gluteus.
