Tour 1: This ride commences in the small town of Annotto Bay on Jamaica's north coast.

Tour 2: Through Kingston, the capital of Jamaica.

Tour 3: Winding through country lanes and tobacco fields of the eastern parish of St. Thomas.

Tour 4: A jogging or cycling unmade road along an unspoiled section of Jamaica's north coast.

Tour 5: Along the north coast through Port Maria.

Tour 6: Commencing at a tobacco drying stall, this road winds through rural Jamaica.

To enjoy this program, set your tv at approximately eye level when seated on your exercise bicycle. Adjust your pedaling speed to match the music beat. To increase simulation, place a fan blowing into your face beside the tv.
