Tour 1: Road 101 takes us down the beautiful Oregon coastline.

Tour 2: Beautiful ride east along Road 42.

Tour 3: Commencing at Cape Creek this ride finishes in the Sand Dunes National Park.

Tour 4: Down the Oregon Pacific coast to Devils Elbow Park.

Tour 5: Through the Umqua National Forest, Road 138.

Tour 6: The road to Crate Lake National Park.

To enjoy this program, set your tv at approximately eye level when seated on your exercise bicycle. Adjust your pedaling speed to match the music beat. To increase simulation, place a fan blowing into your face beside the tv.
