The choreography is well-taught and truly unique — it ranges from triple rhythms and syncopated steps to “knee shooting stars” and “tire tracks” (the names actually match the patterns so they're easy to remember). The moves are shown one-at-a-time, then split up and rejoined in various combos throughout the workout.

She has appeared in several fitness infomercials and has done video and still-shot fitness photography for Warner Brothers.
