Tricia Yu, MA, is creator of the Tai Chi Fundamentals Program. She has taught tai chi for 29 years and is director of the Tai Chi Center in Madison, Wisconsin. She co-authored the Tai Chi Fundamentals for Health Professionals and Instructors video and manual and co-created the ROM Dance Range of Motion Exercise and Relaxation Program. Tricia Yu began her study of tai chi in the Republic of China in 1970 with 90-year old Taoist Master Liu Pei Ch'ung. Her teachers include Yang style masters Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo, William C.C. Chen, and Maggie Newman. Tricia is certified by Master Chen.
