Dance That Walk - Total Body Circuit blends the sculpting and toning benefits of resistance exercise, with the fat shredding and core strengthen benefits of dancing and walking!

Start transforming your body from the comfort of your home. This DVD contains an easy to use menu featuring 3 calorie blasting workout options:
# Option 1 (55 minute workout): Total Body Circuit = Warm-up + Upper Body + Lower Body + Cool-down
# Option 2 (35 minute workout): Upper Body Circuit = Warm-up + Upper Body + Cool-down
# Option 3 (35 minute workout): Lower Body Circuit = Warm-up + Lower Body + Cool-down

Each circuit contains 4 x 5 minute alternating cardio and toning rounds:
- Cardio rounds have 4 easy dance moves to high energy latin music and walking as a base, which makes the time fly and helps you burn fat the fun way.
- Toning rounds use upper and lower body resistance exercises to shape, strengthen and sculpt your body.

Suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. And as you always keep one foot on the floor, our workouts are low impact and easy on your joints. You can even follow one of our girls for lower impact modifiers!

Optional Equipment: A set of dumbbells depending on your level (2-8lbs / 1-4kgs) or start with bodyweight if you're a complete beginner. A chair can also be used during our cool down stretches if required.
