Combining a medicine ball, light weights, plyometric jumps and squats, and exercises on both a short and tall step make your body the hardest it's ever been. This 48 minute workout features warm up/stretch (3 minutes), 4-limb cardio, short box and low impact aerobics (17 minutes), weights and tall box toning (22 minutes) abdominals/stretch (6 minutes). Wide calf pumps and lunges reshape the legs, abdominal exercises work your torso and waist; while upper body routines tone the arms and back.
