It’s taught add-on-style with each combo naturally progressing into the next (e.g. a “knee repeater” becomes a “knee repeater with a cross-country” which smoothly flows into a mambo variation). You get lots of spins and pivots but Rob offers options to match your own comfort level (e.g. “now turn if you want to”). From cha chas and chassés to “fly-aways” and “turn the corners,” this is a wide-ranging workout that uses lots of floor space.

A Blend of Hi-Lo Aerobics and Dance in an Easy to Follow Format. Rob’s Hi/Lo Fusion blends together two of the most tried and true forms of exercise, Hi/Lo aerobics and dance. Taught in an easy-to-follow format, this workout keeps time flying by!
