The dance intervals are led by a professional dance instructor; they include jazz, disco, Latin and hip hop (cleverly, the DVD has premixes that let you work out to only the hi/lo or only the dance moves). The ending toning section is classic Jari Love —gym-style exercises done with varied weights, body positions and tempos.
