A high-energy workout that features varied foot movements and lots of upper/lower-body combinations. No static “jab, jab, jab” routines, this program maximizes fat-burning by keeping your entire body in motion (as if you were really fighting an opponent).

The fast-paced “warm-up” introduces all the basic moves. Then it's a non-stop series of diverse punch and kick combos (e.g. a back kick and a roundhouse, a hitch kick and a basic strike). That's followed by 16 minutes of “extensions” — higher-intensity, higher-impact versions of the earlier patterns.

Lynn Hahn is an ACE certified fitness instructor with over 35 years of experience designing a variety of aerobic, weight training and body sculpting workouts for women. In addition, Lynn is an expert martial artist with a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate. She serves as sensei for the Brown Point Kenpo Karate Academy, and provides special seminars and consultations to individuals and organizations on self defense techniques specifically for women.
