About the Actor

Dian Ramirez began her involvement with sports and fitness at an early age, becoming a U.S. Women's Trampoline Champion and AAU All-American by the time she was 16. As a fitness educator, she has motivated thousands of all ages to lead a more active lifestyle and achieve better health. Dian combines the time-tested method of Pilates with current knowledge in bio-mechanics and exercise physiology to create some of the most innovative and progressive Pilates workouts available today. Dian holds a Master of Science degree in Health Education and Exercise Science and is a certified instructor in Pilates and Yoga.
