Designed to be both fun and interesting, it begins with “sexy” aerobics and ends with a fast-changing series of butt-shaping toning.

Both the warm-up and cardio feature flowing, graceful movements with lots of sensual taps, hip circles and hip shakes. The toning works your buttocks from every angle and position, with a variety or exercises and tempos. The more traditional moves include lunges and kicks, squats and pelvic tucks. Plus, you also get some unique routines that incorporate a stool or chair (e.g. leaning on the stool or lying face-down as you raise your legs). Ends with 10 minutes of “bonus” aerobics and stretch moves.
