Do you want to get in shape quickly, safely and have fun at the same time? Then Body Express, my personal trainer series, is the perfect program for you. It's a one-on-one session with me to help you get motivated while learning proper form and sculpting your way to a more shapely and healthy body.

Some problem areas require a one-on-one workout all their own. this is a quick solution for a great lower body. This circuit training program is designed to target those trouble spots and build lean muscle mass.

The Time Clock Graph allows you to work at your own fitness level while encouraging you to progress to higher levels. 30-60 seconds per exercise is Beginners, 60-90 seconds per exercise is Intermediate, and 90-120 seconds per exercise is Advanced. The music is timed to each exercise to provide rhythm and motivation, to make each exercise work for you.
