A safe, easy and fun workout that anyone can do while sitting down. You'll burn calories, reduce stress and experience the joy of movement -- all without leaving your chair. The program has 11 segments. Each one combines a different exercise approach with a different musical style (from "chair Macarena" to "funky fun"). All the exercises engage your core while keeping your arms and legs constantly in motion (from simple waves and marches to "arm circles" and "double knee lifts"). The program demonstrates the moves at three fitness levels -- gentle, moderate and high-energy. It's all led by a friendly and skilled instructor.
