An all-seated series of gentle stretches followed by pure relaxation. The first section lengthens your muscles and builds flexibility; the second segment calms your mind and revitalizes your body. Each stretch series focuses on a specific area -- your neck, your back ... even your fingers and toes. The moves range from classics like spinal twists and abdominal contractions to playful stretches like "knee hugs" and "fluttering fingers." The second section begins with guided relaxation (e.g. "feel the warm flow of your circulation"). It ends with soft music and soothing images (so relaxing that some participants actually fall asleep!).
