The third DVD in Tracy's "Design" series. It's an advanced program that gets its power from the fast pace, unique body positioning and high rep count (e.g. 30 reps to fatigue on one side, then 30 reps on the other). Like "Design Level 2," this program also uses a chair to boost intensity. But these moves are definitely more challenging (e.g. instead of resting your leg on the chair, your leg swings completely over the back of the chair). The workout features alternating sequences of standing, kneeling and floor exercises, often targeting multiple muscle groups at once.

Note: Like all the "Design" programs, there are no rep counts and very little cuing — Tracy just describes the body positioning and lets you follow her movements.

In Level Three of the Perfect Design Series, Tracy Anderson leads 51 minutes of innovative sequencing for advanced level performers, including Warm Up, Abs workout, Arms and Legs, Butt and Thighs. A Yoga Mat or towel and a chair is needed for this workout.
