ExerciseTV and Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home, in cooperation with the American Heart Association have produced an in-home walking workout that will put you on the path to achieving good heart health!

If you're new to exercising, begin with the gentle-paced, 20 minute - 1 Mile - beginner program. Leslie will teach you how to increase your heart rate with low impact moves that are safe and easy for beginners. When you're ready, move on to the intermediate 30 minute - 2 Mile - Brisk Walk. In this workout you'll start to pick up the pace and work to increase your heart rate and maintain your cardio for a full 30 minutes.

Walking is the single most effective form of physical activity and helps to improve your circulation; reduce stress; improve muscle tone and lower cholesterol and blood pressure. And now you can do it at home ... so get moving and Start! Walking!
