Creative Core + Upper Body consists of three main sections:

Agni Namaskar (the Fire Sequence) - this is a series of flowing and stretching movements, concentrating on the correct inhalation and exhalation, which are intertwined with regular sets of prostration pushuups. Core alignment is emphasised and the aim is to build strength into the upper body.
Creative Core – where the participant lies on the floor on their back focussing on the core abdominals
Shavasna – this is two minutes of well-earned relaxation.

No one but Shiva Rea can make doing 108 push ups in 22 minutes this doable. She does it by interspersing the wide legged pushups done in 9 sets of 12 each with various counter stretches and a vinyasa including hero/crescent lunge and chair pose and by giving you lots of ways to stay in the flow while taking a break, by holding plank, dropping into chattaranga or going into side plank. And she gets you through it with her encouragement and stylish vigor. There is no more interesting way to burn your upper bodie into shape. The 8 minute core section mixes bicycle variations and free form core exercises familiar from her prior DVDs in an interesting new way for another great core workout.
