FIRM Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Cardio is composed of four workout segments, 12 minutes each. This wokrout is perfect when you are short on time as an express workout. Or mix and match the segments for 24, 36, or 48 minutes of a total body weighted workout. Beginners use no or lighter weights. Intermediate and advanced heavy up and increase range of motion.

Workout 1 - Jennifer Carman
Warm-up: 5 minutes
Workout: 9 minutes (cardio)
Cool-down: 1.5 minutes (stretch)

Workout 2 - Robyn Johnson
Warm-up: 3 minutes
Workout: 8 minutes (cardio)
Cool-down: 1 minute (stretch)

Workout 3 - Allie Strickland
Warm-up: 4 minutes
Workout: 9 minutes (cardio)
Cool-down: 1 minute (stretch)

Workout 4 - Allie Strickland
Warm-up: 3.5 minutes
Workout: 8 minutes (cardio)
Cool-down: 1 minute (stretch)
